About RAQC

Ruddle Assurance and Quality Consulting (RAQC) provides specialist advice and practical support across accreditation, quality management, digital transformation and AI assurance.

Led by Jeff Ruddle, a senior TIC sector adviser with extensive executive and board-level experience at the United Kingdom Accreditation Service, RAQC works with organisations that need clear, proportionate and commercially aware support to improve services, manage change and build confidence with customers, regulators and stakeholders.

RAQC was established from a belief that accreditation should be more than a certificate or a hurdle to overcome. Used well, accreditation can help organisations strengthen their services, improve consistency, manage risk and build confidence in the work they deliver.

Jeff has worked across a wide range of accreditation and conformity assessment activities, from sole traders and micro businesses through to SMEs, large technical organisations and multinational groups. This experience gives RAQC a practical understanding of how requirements can be applied in different ways depending on the size, complexity and risk profile of the organisation.

RAQC also supports organisations as they respond to digital transformation and emerging technologies. The TIC sector has significant opportunities to make better use of data, digital tools and AI to improve efficiency, consistency, transparency and assurance.
